Report on Activities of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) in 2025 was submitted to the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina on 20 March 2026.
The Report was adopted by the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina at its 38th session held on 29 April 2026 and by the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina at its 21st session held on 30 June 2026.
The Report provides an overview of the work and key activities of SERC in 2025, including the adoption of regulatory rules and decisions, licensing procedures, monitoring of the activities of licenced entities, tariff setting, electricity market development and functioning. Furthermore, touching upon the technical aspect of the power system operation, energy statistics and international cooperation, the Report contains planned activities in 2026.
In addition to a summary of regulatory activities, the Report contains numerous data on the electricity sector of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including indicators of the power system operation, electricity market, balancing volumes of the sector and other relevant statistical and analytical data, and represents a valuable source of information on the status and development of the electricity sector of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
With the aim of informing interested parties and the general public, the State Electricity Regulatory Commission publishes its annual financial reports every year together with the auditor's opinion on the objectivity of the stated financial position and business results.
