Pursuant to Article 4.7. of the Law on Transmission of Electric Power, Regulator and System Operator of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BIH, 7/02, 13/03, 76/09 and 1/11) and Article 14 of the Licensing Rule – Consolidated Version (Official Gazette of BIH, 63/16), the State Electricity Regulatory Commission issues a 

NOTICE ON GENERAL PUBLIC HEARINGS 

The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Friday, 24 July 2026, the Draft decision on granting a licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity upon the applications of the following legal persons:

-     “Lager” d.o.o. Posušje,

-     “EFT HE Ulog” d.o.o. Kalinovik,

-     “Futura Green Vat BH” d.o.o. Laktaši.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared draft decisions free of charge at the seat of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission, or take them over in the electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be given at the general public hearings, which will take place at the seat of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Thursday, 30 July 2026 in accordance with the following schedule:

-       At 11:00 hrs upon the application of the legal person “Lager” d.o.o. Posušje,

-     At 12:00 hrs upon the application of the legal person “EFT HE Ulog” d.o.o. Kalinovik,

-     At 13:00 hrs upon the application of the legal person “Futura Green Vat BH” d.o.o. Laktaši.
