Pursuant to Article 4.7 of the Law on Transmission of Electric Power, Regulator and System Operator of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BIH, 7/02, 13/03, 76/09 and 1/11) and Article 14 of the Licensing Rule – Consolidated Version (Official Gazette of BIH, 63/16), the State Electricity Regulatory Commission issues a 

NOTICE ON GENERAL PUBLIC HEARING 

The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Monday, 6 April 2026, a Draft decision on granting a licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity upon the application of the legal person “Alpiq Energija BHˮ d.o.o., Sarajevo will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the seat of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission free of charge, or take it over in the electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be given at a general public hearing, which will take place at the seat of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Tuesday, 14 April 2026 commencing at 12:00 hrs.
