NOTICE ON GENERAL PUBLIC HEARING

The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Monday, 15 December 2025, a Draft decision on issuing a licence for the international electricity trading activity upon the application of the legal person “GEN - I” d.o.o., Electricity Trading Company, Sarajevo, will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be given at a general public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Monday, 22 December 2025 commencing at 12:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Tuesday, 23 December 2025.
