The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that as of Friday, 4 June 2021 the draft Decision for issuance of a temporary licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity upon the application of “B.S.I.”, Limited Liability Company for Ferroalloys Production and Trading, Jajce, will be made available to the public.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge or take it over in the electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the general public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Thursday, 10 June 2021 commencing at 11:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Friday, 11 June 2021.
