The 90^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Thursday, November 24, 2011 commencing at 10:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 89^th regular session of the Commission held on November 8, 2011
2. Adoption of Conclusions on granting intervener status in tariff proceedings for setting of tariffs for electricity transmission services
3. Adoption of Conclusions on granting intervener status in tariff proceedings for setting of tariffs for operation of Independent System Operator and ancillary services
4. Adoption of Conclusions on granting intervener status in tariff proceedings for setting of tariffs for distribution services and tariff rates for supply of households in Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina
   

The session shall be open to the public and shall take place at the headquarters of SERC in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića St. No.4.

All interested persons may attend the session. Members of the public may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
