The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Monday, 10 September 2012, the draft licenses for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity with the related licensing conditions will be made available to the public for the following applicants:

-       MH "Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske" – Parent Company a.d. Trebinje

-       JP "Elektroprivreda Hrvatske zajednice Herceg-Bosne" d.d. Mostar

-       JP Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine d.d. Sarajevo

The applicants are already holders of licenses for performance of the activity of international trade expiring on 31 December 2012. The procedure for establishing the applicants’ capacity to continue to perform the licensed activity using a five-year license is ongoing.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Drafts at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take them over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments can be presented at general public hearings, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Tuesday, 18 September 2012 in accordance with the following schedule:

-       MH "Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske" – Parent Company a.d. Trebinje at 12:00

-       JP "Elektroprivreda Hrvatske zajednice Herceg-Bosne" d.d. Mostar at 12:30

-       JP Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine d.d. Sarajevo at 13:00
