The 126^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Thursday, 5 December 2013 commencing at 12:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 125^th regular session of the Commission held on 27 November 2013
2. Adoption of a Conclusion on approval for the conclusion of an Agreement on joint control reserve in the SHB Control Block
3. Adoption of a Decision on the granting of a temporary license for performance of the activity of international electricity trading to “Danske Commodities BH” d.o.o. Sarajevo
4. Discussing a report on the visit in the function of regulatory monitoring of the licensee – Elektroprenos BiH
5. Discussing a report on the visit in the function of regulatory monitoring of the licensee – ISO BiH
6. Discussing a report on the visit in the function of regulatory monitoring of the licensee – Komunalno Brčko
   

The session shall be open to the public and shall take place at the headquarters of SERC in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića St. No.4.

Access to the session is free for all interested persons. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
