The 125^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Thursday, 27 November 2013 commencing at 12:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 124^th regular session of the Commission held on 14 November 2013
2. Adoption of Conclusions on granting intervener status in the tariff proceedings for operation of the independent system operator and ancillary services
3. Adoption of a Decision on the granting of a temporary license for performance of the activity of international electricity trading to “HEP-Trade” d.o.o. Mostar
4. Adoption of a Decision on cessation of the term of the temporary license for performance of the activity of international electricity trading for ČEZ BiH d.o.o. Sarajevo
   

The session shall be open to the public and shall take place at the headquarters of SERC in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića St. No.4.

All interested persons may attend the session. Members of the public may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
