The 121^st regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Thursday, 12 September 2013 commencing at 10:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 120^th regular session of the Commission held on 5 September 2013
2. Discussing and defining Draft rules on supply of customers with electricity in Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina
3. Adoption of a Decision on the regulatory fee for 2014
   

The session shall be open to the public and shall take place at the headquarters of SERC in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića St. No.4.

All interested persons may attend the session. Members of the public may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
