The 115^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Wednesday, 27 February 2013 commencing at 10:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 114^th regular session of the Commission held on 31 January 2013
2. Adopting a Decision on the granting of a temporary license for performance of the activity of international electricity trading – “PETROL BH OIL COMPANY”, d.o.o. Sarajevo
3. Discussing and defining a Draft of a temporary license for performance of the activity of international electricity trading and a proposal for conclusion in the procedure for the granting of the license – “PROFECTIO ENERGIJA” d.o.o. Široki Brijeg
4. Discussing and defining a Draft of a license for performance of the activity of international electricity trading and a proposal for conclusion in the procedure for the granting of the license – “Energy Financing Team” d.o.o. Trebinje
   

The session shall be open to the public and shall take place at the headquarters of SERC in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića St. No.4.

All interested persons may attend the session. Members of the public may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
