The 113^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Thursday, 17 January 2013 commencing at 10:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 112^th regular session of the Commission held on 27 December 2012
2. Rendering  a Decision on granting a license for performance of the activity of electricity distribution in Brčko District BiH  - “Komunalno Brčko” d.o.o. Brčko District BiH
3. Rendering  a Decision on granting a license for performance of the activity of supplying non-eligible customers in Brčko District BiH with electricity - “Komunalno Brčko” d.o.o. Brčko District BiH
4. Rendering  a Decision on granting a license for performance of the activity of electricity transmission – “Elektroprenos BiH” a.d. Banja Luka
   

The session shall be open to the public and shall take place at the headquarters of SERC in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića St. No.4.

All interested persons may attend the session. Members of the public may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
