The 110^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Wednesday, 21 November 2012 commencing at 11:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 109^th regular session of the Commission held on 13 November 2012
2. Discussing a report on regulatory monitoring visits to the licensees “Elektroprenos BiH”, a.d. Banja Luka and ISO BiH and adopting conclusions on obligations of the regulated companies
3. Adopting a Decision on granting a temporary license for the performance of international electricity trading activity – „AXPO BH d.o.o. Sarajevo“
4. Adopting a Decision on establishing a license application form
   

The session shall be open to the public and shall take place at the headquarters of SERC in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića St. No.4.

All interested persons may attend the session. Members of the public may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
