The State Electricity Regulatory Commission – SERC informs all interested parties that on Thursday, 24 May 2012, upon the application of “COMSAR ENRGY TRADING” d.o.o. Banja Luka, the draft Licensing conditions for temporary license for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity will be made available to the public.

The applicant was registered at the Regional Commerce Court in Banja Luka on 18 November 2011. The founder of the company is “COMSAR ENERGY GROUP LIMITED” Cyprus, P.C. 2406 Nicosia.

Interested persons may obtain prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments can be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Wednesday, 30 May 2012 at 12:00 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than 31 May 2012 at the SERC address.
