SERC informs all interested parties that on Wednesday, February 16, 2011 upon the application of “Alpiq Energija BH” d.o.o. Sarajevo, the Draft Licensing Conditions for Use of Temporary License for Performance of the Activity of International Trade in Electricity will be made available to the public. The applicant is the owner of an initial, that is, temporary two-year license for performance of the activity of international trade which expires on May 31, 2011. The procedure for determination of the applicant’s ability to continue performance of the licensed activity using a five-year license is in progress. 

Interested persons may obtain the prepared draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or take it over in electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba. Verbal and written comments can be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II on Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at 12:00 hrs. SERC will also consider written comments received no later than February 23, 2011 at the SERC address.
