The State Electricity Regulatory Commission informs interested parties that on Saturday, November 27, 2010, the Draft Licensing Conditions for Performance of the Activity of International Trade in Electricity upon the application of “KORLEA” d.o.o. Mostar will be made available to the public.

The applicant is an owner of an initial, that is, temporary two-year license for performance of the activity of international trade which expires on March 31, 2011.

The procedure for establishing of the applicant’s ability to continue to perform the licensed activity using a five-year license is in progress.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or take it over in electronic form from the web site www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments can be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at 13:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than December 2, 2010 at the SERC address.
