The State Electricity Regulatory Commission – SERC informs all interested parties that on Tuesday, March 27, 2012, upon the application of “KTG Zenica” d.o.o. Zenica, the draft Licensing conditions for temporary license for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity will be made available to the public.

The applicant was registered at the Zenica Municipal Court on August 26, 2009. The founders of the company are “KTG AG” Lugano, Switzerland and Zenica Municipality.

Interested persons may obtain prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments can be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at 13:00 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than April 4, 2012 at the SERC address.
