Annual Reports 2024 Print

The Report on Activities of the SERC in 2024: 

  • summarizes key activities of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in 2024 and follows the process of approximation of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the European standards in electricity market functioning,
  • provides information on the basic power system indicators, characteristics and changes of and prices in the electricity market both in the region and BiH,
  • provides the most important data on energy associations of particular relevance for regulatory authorities, with a focus on the Energy Community institutions, in whose Regulatory Board and thematic groups SERC is represented.

The report on the activity of the State Regulatory Commission for Electricity in 2024 was submitted to the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina on March 27, 2025.



With the aim of informing interested parties and the general public, the State Electricity Regulatory Commission publishes its annual financial reports every year together with the auditor's opinion on the objectivity of the stated financial position and business results.



Acting in accordance with the principles of objectivity, transparency and non-discrimination and complying with the obligations stipulated by the Law on Freedom of Access to Information at the Level of the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BIH, 61/23), the State Electricity Regulatory Commission publishes the annual reports on the implementation of this law on a regular  basis.
