The State Electricity Regulatory Commission will hold its 353^rd regular session at its seat (Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II) on Tuesday, 26 May 2026, commencing at 12:00 hrs. The following agenda is proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 352^nd regular session held on 6 May 2026
2. Passing a Decision on issuance of a license for activities of an independent system operator
3. Passing a Decision on approval of the Indicative Generation Development Plan for the Period 2027 – 2036
4. Passing a Decision on approval of provisional accession to the Multilateral Agreement on Cooperation in Network Management

The session will be open to the public. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
