PUBLIC NOTICE

IN THE PROCEDURE FOR REVOCATION OF TEMPORARY LICENSE FOR INTERNATIONAL ELECTRICITY TRADING ACTIVITY 

At the initiative of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission, the procedure for revocation of the temporary licence for the international electricity trading activity with registration number 05-28-12-302-20/24, issued on 6 November 2024 to the legal person “Koksara” d.o.o., Lukavac, has been launched.

The persons interested in acquiring intervener status in the procedure for revocation of the temporary licence may file with SERC a request in writing no later than 23 December 2025. Intervener status may be granted to a person who proves a direct interest in the procedure for revocation of the temporary licence, which differs from the general public interest.
