The State Electricity Regulatory Commission will hold its 343^rd regular session at its seat (Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II) on Thursday, 11 December 2025, commencing at 13:00 hrs. The following agenda is proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 342^nd regular session held on 4 December 2025
2. Adoption of a Conclusion on granting intervener status in the proceedings for setting of tariffs for electricity distribution services and tariffs for electricity supply within the universal service in the Brčko District of BIH
3. Adoption of a Conclusion on initiating the procedure for revocation of the temporary licence for the international electricity trading activity of “Koksara” d.o.o., Lukavac

The session will be open to the public. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
