The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Friday, 18 October 2013, upon the application of “Danske Commodities BH” d.o.o.Banja Luka, the draft Licensing conditions for a temporary license for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity will be made available to the public.

The applicant was registered in accordance with the Decision of the Municipality Court in Sarajevo number 065-0-RegZ-13-004443 of 29 July 2013. The founder and the owner of the Company is Danske Commodities A/S – Varkmestergade 3, 8000 Aarhus, Denmark.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Thursday, 24 October 2013 at 12:00 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than Friday, 25 October 2013 at the SERC address.
