The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Thursday, 9 August 2018, a Draft decision on granting a licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity and a Draft decision on granting a temporary licence for performance of the international electricity trading activity will be made available to the public upon the applications of G-Petrol d.o.o. Sarajevo and LE Trading BH d.o.o. Banja Luka respectively.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Drafts at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take them over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Tuesday, 14 August 2018 in accordance with the following schedule:

-        G-Petrol d.o.o. Sarajevo at 12:00 hrs,

-        LE Trading BH d.o.o. Banja Luka at 13:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Wednesday, 15 August 2018.
