The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Wednesday, 4 April 2018, Draft decisions on granting licences for performance of the international electricity trading activity will be made available to the public upon the applications of the Companies Erdal d.o.o. Sarajevo and “Energy Financing Team” d.o.o. Bileća.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Drafts at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take them over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Tuesday, 10 April 2018 in accordance with the following schedule:

-       Erdal d.o.o. Sarajevo at 12:00 hrs,

-       “Energy Financing Team” d.o.o. Bileća at 13:00 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Wednesday, 11 April 2018 at the SERC address.
