The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Tuesday, 13 August 2013, upon the application of “Elektro energija BH” d.o.o.Banja Luka, the draft Licensing conditions for a temporary license for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity will be made available to the public.

The applicant was registered in accordance with the Decision of the District Court in Banja Luka number 057-0-Reg-13-000714 of 17 April 2013. The founder and the owner of the Company is Elektro energija, podjetje za prodajo elektrike in drugih energentov, svetovanje in storitve d.o.o. – Slovenska cesta br.58, Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Monday, 19 August 2013 at 12:00 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than 20 August 2013 at the SERC address.
