The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Thursday, 1 August 2013, upon the application of “Steelmin BH” d.o.o. Sarajevo, the draft Licensing conditions for a temporary license for performance of the activity of international electricity trading for self-consumption will be made available to the public.

The applicant was registered in accordance with the decision of the Municipal Court in Travnik number 051-0-Reg-11-001609 of 8 November 2011. The founders of the Company are the companies: “STEELMIN LIMITED, UNITED KINGDOM, 32 Kingly Street London W1r5La and Production of iron ore and ferroalloys “FEROSIL” d.o.o. Jajce.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Tuesday, 6 August 2013 at 12:00 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than 7 August 2013 at the SERC address.
