Pursuant to the Licensing Rule of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (“Official Gazette of BiH” No. 87/12 as of 5 November 2012), with the aim of monitoring a single electricity market in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a single register has been introduced of electricity traders with licenses granted by the regulatory authorities in BiH (SERC, RERS and FERC) that are allowed to trade in electricity on the basis of the granted licenses.
