The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Saturday, 29 December 2012, upon the application of the Public Utility Company “Komunalno Brčko” d.o.o. Brčko District BiH, the draft Licensing conditions for performance of the activity of electricity distribution and draft Licensing conditions for performance of the activity of supply of non-eligible customers with electricity will be made available to the public.

The core activity of the Company that was established on 28 December 2007 pursuant to a Decision of the Brčko District BiH Assembly is provision of services of general interest in the area of Brčko District BiH, primarily referring to electricity distribution, water production and distribution, transport and disposal of waste materials and maintenance of public areas.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Drafts at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take them over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments can be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Friday, 4 January 2013 at 12:00 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than 5 January 2013 at the SERC address.
