The 112^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Thursday, 27 December 2012 commencing at 11:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 111^th regular session of the Commission held on 27 November 2012
2. Rendering  a Decision on granting an international electricity trading license - JP „Elektroprivreda HZ HB“ d.d., Mostar
3. Rendering  a Decision on granting an international electricity trading license - JP „Elektroprivreda BiH“ d.d. – Sarajevo
4. Rendering  a Decision on granting an international electricity trading license – MH “Elektroprivreda Republike Srpske” –Parent Company, Stock Company Trebinje
5. Rendering a Decision on the adoption of the Report on activities of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in 2012
6. Rendering decisions in the tariff proceedings for operation of independent system operator and ancillary services
   

The session shall be open to the public and shall take place at the headquarters of SERC in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića St. No.4.

All interested persons may attend the session. Members of the public may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
