The State Electricity Regulatory Commission – SERC informs all interested parties that on Monday, 10 September 2012, upon the application of “EL-EN SOLUTIONS” d.o.o. Banja Luka, the draft Licensing conditions for a temporary license for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity will be made available to the public.

The applicant was registered with the Banja Luka County Trade Court on 21 May 2012. The founder is GL&Holding GmbH c/0 Kanzleit Mag. Dr Thomas Keppert 1060 Wien, Theobaldgasse 19, and the Company was created by merging “Axel” d.o.o. Laktaši and “IMOINVEST” d.o.o. Banja Luka.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments can be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Tuesday, 18 September 2012 at 11:00 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than 19 September 2012 at the SERC address.
