The State Electricity Regulatory Commission – SERC informs all interested parties that on Thursday, 30 August 2012, upon the application of HSE BH d.o.o. Sarajevo, the draft Licensing conditions for a license for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity will be made available to the public.

HSE BH d.o.o. Sarajevo was registered on June 10, 2010 with the Sarajevo Municipal Court. The founder of the company is “Holding Slovenske elektrarne” d.o.o. Ljubljana, Republic of Slovenia.

The applicant is a holder of an initial, i.e., temporary two-year license for performance of the activity of international trade expiring on 30 November 2012.

The procedure for establishing the applicant’s capacity to continue to perform the licensed activity using a five-year license is ongoing.

Interested persons may obtain prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments can be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Wednesday, 12 September 2012 at 11:00 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than 13 September 2012 at the SERC address.
