The 201^st regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), will take place on Wednesday, 11 October 2017 commencing at 12:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 200^th regular sessions of the Commission held on 14 September 2017
2. Adoption of a Decision on approval of the Agreement on mutual delivery of cross-border tertiary control energy for the provision of system services from abroad for the power systems of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia
3. Adoption of a Decision on granting a license  for performance of electricity trading and supply activity on the BiH territory  to the Public Utility “Komunalno Brčko” d.o.o. Brčko District of BiH
4. Adoption of a Decision on granting the international electricity trading license to the Limited liability company for energy generation and coal production, processing, transport and trading “EFT-Rudnik i Termolektrane Stanari” d.o.o. Stanari
5. Adoption of a Decision on continuation of the license for PROENERGY d.o.o. Sarajevo
   

The session will take place at the SERC headquarters in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4.

The session is open to the public. Access to the session is free for all interested persons. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
