The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Friday, 8 September 2017, a Draft decision on granting a license for performance of the international electricity trading activity and a Draft decision and Draft conditions for performance of electricity trading and supply activity on the BiH territory will be made available to the public upon the applications of “EFT-Rudnik i Termoelektrana Stanari” d.o.o. Stanari and the Public Utility “Komunalno Brčko” d.o.o. Brčko Distrikt BiH respectively.

The applicants are already the holders of the aforementioned licences which expire on 31 October 2017. The procedure for establishing the capacity of the applicants to continue performing the licensed activity using five-year licences is in progress.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Drafts at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take them over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Đorđa Mihajlovića 4/II, on Wednesday, 13 September 2017 in accordance with the following schedule:

-       “EFT-Rudnik i Termoelektrana Stanari” d.o.o. Stanari at 11:30 hrs,

-       Public Utility “Komunalno Brčko” d.o.o. Brčko Distrikt BiH at 12:30 hrs.

SERC will also consider written comments received no later than Thursday, 14 September 2017 at the SERC address.
