The 168^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), will take place on Wednesday, 28 October 2015 commencing at 10:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 167^th regular session of the Commission held on 29 September 2015
2. Defining Draft rules on amendments to the Licensing Rule and a Draft decision defining Standard conditions for performance of the international electricity trading activity
3. Adoption of a Decision on approval of Auction Rules for allocation of cross-border transmission capacities
4. Adoption of a Decision on granting a license for performance of the international electricity trading activity to “Interenergo” d.o.o. Sarajevo
5. Adoption of a Decision on granting a temporary license for performance of the international electricity trading activity to “EFT-Rudnik i Termoelektrana Stanari” d.o.o. Stanari (Stanari coalmine and thermal power plant)
6. Adoption of a Decision on granting a license for performance of the international electricity trading activity for self-consumption to “Steelmin BH” d.o.o. Jajce
7. Defining a Draft decision on granting a license for performance of the international electricity trading activity and adoption of conclusions in the procedure for the granting of the license to the applicant HEP-Trade d.o.o. Mostar
8. Adoption of a Decision on suspension of the international electricity trading license to “KTG Zenica” d.o.o. Zenica
   

The session will take place at the SERC headquarters in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4.

The session will be open to the public. Access to the session is free for all interested persons. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
