PUBLIC NOTICE IN TARIFF PROCEEDINGS Print

Pursuant to its compenteces as defined by law, the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) will conduct the proceedings for setting of tariffs for electricity transmission services.

Based on the application of “Elektroprenos/Elektroprijenos Bosne i Hercegovine” a.d. Banja Luka, that is, the currently available data as well as those to be obtained during the tariff proceedings, revenues and expenditures will be determined as well as cost to be included in tariffs for services proved by this regulated entity.

The tariff proceedings shall ensure that approved tariffs are based on assessments meeting the general tariff setting principles and criteria as laid down in the Law on Transmission of Electric Power, Regulator and System Operator of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Tariff Pricing Methodology for services of electricity transmission, operation of ISO and ancillary services and other legal acts.

The State Electricity Regulatory Commission informs all interested parties that they have the opportunity to access the complete documentation at the SERC premises and send written comments regarding the subject of the proceedings to the SERC address (Tuzla, M. The tariff application, that is, available data in the tariff proceedings will be available on the SERC web site www.derk.ba.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Crucial facts in the tariff proceedings will be determined at a formal public hearing to be held on Tuesday, 14 April 2015 starting at 12:00 hrs in the Congress Hall of the “Tuzla” Hotel in Tuzla.

The formal hearing is open to the public but the present parties representing the public shall not give any comments. The parties who are interested to participate in the formal public hearing procedure in the capacity of interveners have to submit their requests in writing no later than 25 April 2015. The intervener status may be granted to a party who provides evidence of direct interest in the tariff proceedings which differs from the general public interest.
