At the 149th session held on 18 November 2014, SERC adopted a Decision on a temporary regime for the provision of ancillary services and balancing of the power system of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Decision will be applied on a temporary basis until the adoption of Market Rules. This Decision regulates balancing arrangements which will facilitate the functioning of the electricity market in BIH after its full opening.
