The 143^rd regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Thursday, 28 August 2014 commencing at 11:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 142^nd and 139^th regular sessions of the Commission held on 23 July 2014 and 30 July 2014 respectively
2. Defining a Draft decision on the granting of a license for performance of the activity of international electricity trading and a proposal of conclusions in the procedure for the granting of the license to the applicant “COMSAR ENERGY TRADING” d.o.o. Banja Luka
3. Defining a Draft decision on the granting of a license for performance of the activity of international electricity trading and a proposal of conclusions in the procedure for the granting of the license to the applicant Axpo BH d.o.o. Sarajevo
   

The session shall take place at the SERC headquarters in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4.

The session shall be open to the public. Access to the session is free for all interested persons. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
