The 140^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Monday, 30 June 2014 commencing at 13:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 139^th regular session of the Commission held on 12 June 2014
2. Adoption of a Decision on the election of the Chairman of the Commission for the period from 1 July 2014 to 30 June 2015
   

The session shall take place at the SERC headquarters in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4.

The session shall be open to the public. Access to the session is free for all interested persons. Interested persons may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
