The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Thursday, 3 April 2014, upon the application of “KTG Zenica” d.o.o. Zenica, a draft decision on granting a temporary license for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity will be made available to the public

The applicant was registered by a Decision of the Municipal Court in Zenica. The Company’s founders are: HTG (HK) ENERGY INVESTMENT LIMITED Hong Kong, “KTG AG” Lugano, Switzerland and the Zenica Municipality.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Thursday, 10 April 2014 at 12:00 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than 11 April 2014 at the SERC address.
