The Company was registered in accordance with the decision of the Municipal Court in Mostar. The Company’s founder is “EZPADA” AG, Baarerstrasse 135, 6300 Zug, Switzerland.

SERC shall decide upon a complete and formal application presenting all required facts and evidence, in accordance with its rules and regulations through the procedure without holding a formal hearing. Interested parties may object to this decision of SERC.
