The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Friday, 15 November 2013, upon the application of “HEP TRADE” d.o.o. Mostar, the draft Licensing conditions for a temporary license for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity will be made available to the public.

The applicant was registered in accordance with the decision of the Municipal Court in Mostar. The Company was registered in accordance with the decision of the Municipal Court in Mostar. The Company’s founder is HEP-Trgovina d.o.o. za trgovanje električnom energijim (HEP-Trgovina d.o.o. for trade in electricity), ul. grada Vukovara, 1000 Zagreb, Republic of Croatia.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments may be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Wednesday, 20 November 2013 at 12:00 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than 21 November  2013 at the SERC address.
