The 119^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Tuesday, 30 July 2013 commencing at 10:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 118^th regular session of the Commission held on 25 June 2013
2. Adoption of a Decision on approval of the Decision on amendments to General conditions for delivery and supply of electricity to Brčko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina
3. Defining a Draft decision on the granting of a temporary license for performance of the activity of international electricity trading for self-consumption and a proposal of conclusions in the procedure for the granting of the temporary license to the applicant “Steelmin BH” d.o.o. Jajce
4. Defining a Draft decision on the granting of a temporary license for performance of the activity of international electricity trading and a proposal of conclusions in the procedure for the granting of the temporary license to the applicant “Elektro energija BH” d.o.o. Banja Luka
5. Adoption of a Decision on adoption of SERC Financial Plan for 2014

The session shall be open to the public and shall take place at the headquarters of SERC in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića St. No.4.

All interested persons may attend the session. Members of the public may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
