The 117^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Tuesday, 14 May 2013 commencing at 12:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 116^th regular session of the Commission held on 19 March 2013
2. Adopting conclusions on updating the attachments to the Licensing conditions for the electricity transmission activity
3. Adopting a Decision on the application fee pursuant to the Licensing Rule
4. Adopting a Decision on approval of the Indicative Generation Development Plan for the Period 2014-2023
   

The session shall be open to the public and shall take place at the headquarters of SERC in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića St. No.4.

All interested persons may attend the session. Members of the public may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
