The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Friday, 1 March 2013, upon the application of “PROFECTIO ENERGIJA” d.o.o. Trebinje, the draft Licensing conditions for a temporary license for performance of the international electricity trading activity will be made available to the public.

The applicant was registered by the decision of the Siroki Brijeg Municipal Court under the business register number 61-01-0171-12 of 2012. The founder of the Company is “PROFECTIO ENERGIJA” d.o.o. seated in Zagreb, Republic of Croatia.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments can be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Thursday, 7 March 2013 at 12:00 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than 8 March 2013 at the SERC address.
