The State Electricity Regulatory Commission – SERC informs all interested parties that on Saturday, 2 February 2013, upon the application of “PETROL BH OIL COMPANY” d.o.o. Sarajevo, the draft Licensing conditions for a temporary license for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity will be made available to the public.

The applicant was registered by the decision of the Sarajevo Municipal Court. The core activity of the Company is wholesale of solid, liquid and gaseous fuels and similar products. The founder of the Company is “Petrol Slovenska energetska družba” d.d. Ljubljana, Republic of Slovenia.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments can be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Thursday, 7 February 2013 at 12:00 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than 8 February 2013 at the SERC address.
