The 114^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Thursday, 31 January 2013 commencing at 10:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 113^th regular session of the Commission held on 17 January 2013
2. Rendering a Decision establishing a tariff for operation of the Independent System Operator
3. Discussing and defining a Draft of a temporary license for performance of the activity of international electricity trading and a proposal for conclusion in the procedure for the granting of the license - “PETROL BH OIL COMPANY” d.o.o.
   

The session shall be open to the public and shall take place at the headquarters of SERC in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića St. No.4.

All interested persons may attend the session. Members of the public may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
