The State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC) informs all interested parties that on Thursday, 13 December 2012, upon the application of “Elektroprenos BiH” a.d. Banja Luka (hereinafter: Elektroprenos BiH), the draft Licensing conditions for a license for performance of the electricity transmission activity will be made available to the public.

The Company “Elektroprenos BiH” was established pursuant to the Law Establishing the Company for Transmission of Electric Power in Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of BiH” No. 35/04 and 76/09).

“Elektroprenos BiH” has a five-year license expiring on 31 January 2013.

The activity of “Elektroprenos BiH” is transmission of electric power and all activities related to transmission of electric power that include, but are not limited to transmission of electric power, maintenance, construction and expansion of the power transmission network in Bosnia and Herzegovina, pursuant to Article 2 of the Law Establishing the Company for Transmission of Electric Power in Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Official Gazette of BiH” No. 35/04 and 76/09).

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments can be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Tuesday, 18 December 2012 at 12:00 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than 19 December 2012 at the SERC address.
