PUBLIC NOTICE IN THE TARIFF PROCEEDINGS Print

In line with the jurisdictions as defined by law, the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERK) has initiated the tariff proceedings during which the tariffs for operation of the Independent System Operator and ancillary services in Bosnia and Herzegovina will be set.

Revenues and expenditures as well as costs to be charged by the Company through tariffs for the services provided shall be determined for the regulated company “Independent System Operator in Bosnia and Herzegovina” Sarajevo on the basis of its application, that is, data both currently available and those to be obtained during the tariff proceedings.

The tariff proceedings shall ensure that the tariffs approved are in line with the general tariff setting principles and the criteria as laid out in the Law on transmission of electric power, regulator and system operator of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Tariff pricing methodology for services of electricity transmission, independent system operator and ancillary services.

The State Electricity Regulatory Commission informs all interested parties that they may have an insight into the complete documentation at the SERC premises and submit comments in writing on the subject of the proceedings to the SERC address (Tuzla, M. PUBLIC NOTICE ON FORMAL HEARING

 

Crucial facts in the tariff proceedings will be determined at a formal hearing to be held on Tuesday, 4 December 2012, commencing at 11:00 hrs in the building of the Cantonal Chamber of Commerce in Tuzla, Trg slobode b.b.

The formal hearing shall be open to the public but present persons representing the public cannot give any comment. The persons who are interested in participating in the formal hearing in the capacity of an intervener will have to file applications in writing no later than 23 November 2012. The intervener status may be granted to any person who proves his/her direct interest in the tariff proceedings that differs from the general public interest.
