The 109^th regular session of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission (SERC), shall take place on Tuesday, 13 November 2012 commencing at 13:00 hrs, with the following agenda proposed:

1. Adoption of the minutes of the 108^th regular session of the Commission held on 31 October 2012
2. Adoption of a conclusion on initiating tariff proceedings for operation of the Independent System Operator and ancillary services
   

The session shall be open to the public and shall take place at the headquarters of SERC in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića St. No.4.

All interested persons may attend the session. Members of the public may attend the session with no right of direct participation.
