The State Electricity Regulatory Commission – SERC informs all interested parties that on Thursday, 1 November 2012, upon the application of Axpo BH d.o.o. Sarajevo, the draft Licensing conditions for a temporary license for performance of the activity of international trade in electricity will be made available to the public.

The applicant was registered by the Decision of the Sarajevo Municipal Court number 065-01-0734-12. The founder of the Company is EGL AG Company seated in Switzerland, Werkstrasse 10, 5080 Laufenburg.

Interested persons may obtain the prepared Draft at the SERC seat free of charge, or may take it over in the electronic form from the web site: www.derk.ba.

Verbal and written comments can be presented at the public hearing, which will take place at the SERC seat in Tuzla, Miška Jovanovića 4/II, on Tuesday, 6 November 2012 at 12:00 hrs.

SERC shall also consider written comments received no later than 7 November 2012 at the SERC address.
